The famous dixie narrows slot canyon. Most of us made it through. The kids go through with ease but if you have any sort of a belly or chest it is a little tight.

Our kids love this gypsum mine with all of the white crystal rocks. You feel like you are walking into a pit of mirrors with all the reflection from the sun. Parker found the largest pieces. 
This year over spring break we went down south to sunny St. George. About half of our neighborhood migrates there for the week. We stayed at the Holiday Inn, yea!! kids eat free. We had three days of non stop fun. I actually slept at night in a hotel bed without help! (drugs)because I was so exhausted. We went from long bike ride to hike to swim to walk, everyday for three days. We called our friend Carl the "Cruise director" because he had a schedule for everything and if you were't ready by 9:30 am to leave for the activity you were left to catch up. I personally would have loved a little more pool and lay out time.
